"under the veil of night"

These are some (about half) of the photographs I am showing in crit tomorrow for the night and darkness project. I'm choosing not the put up the other half because they include nudity and I think I should steer clear of putting naked pictures of people up on the internet. I am, however, posting the photos I deem appropriate. The general concept I am trying to address here is the idea of what happens at night, and how a sort of "mentality of night" is created. People will say, and more specifically, do things at night that they would never attempt in broad daylight. My project focused on the more sensual side of this issue (thus the nudity). The photos were intentionally printed to have a ragged and/or blurred edge so as to emphasize their flash-like/serial/voyeuristic nature - kind of like looking at roll of film...
